Mumbai/IBNS, May 20 -- Fans of acting legend Amitabh Bachchan were left concerned after reports claimed the 83-year-old superstar was admitted to hospital on Tuesday night.

The veteran actor is reportedly doing well.

Returned home after monthly checkup

According to the report, Bachchan returned home after completing his monthly health checkup at the hospital.

Busy work schedule continues

On the professional front, Amitabh Bachchan is currently shooting for the sequel to Kalki 2898 AD.

He will also be seen in filmmaker Ribhu Dasgupta's courtroom drama Section 84.
