Mumbai/IBNS, Aug. 18 -- Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi has scripted a strong box office comeback with Awarapan 2, which has crossed the Rs 91 crore mark in net domestic collections within four days of its release, according to Sacnilk.

The sequel is now eyeing the Rs 100-crore club and has already surpassed the lifetime collection of Hashmi's Raaz 3.

Awarapan 2 opened at around Rs 22 crore net in India on its first day, according to early trade reports, marking the biggest opening of Hashmi's career.

The film collected around Rs 81.75 crore net in its first three days before adding another Rs 9.25 crore on Monday.

Awarapan 2 is the sequel to Emraan Hashmi's 2007 cult romantic thriller Awarapan.
