India, Oct. 10 -- Security has been tightened across Delhi ahead of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP)-led protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar at Jantar Mantar on Saturday. The demonstration marks the group's second major showdown this year, following its protest over the NEET paper leak controversy.

According to media reports, the national capital has been placed under heightened security, with the Centre deploying more than 40,000 Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) personnel, along with drones, ahead of the demonstration in the heart of the city.
