New Delhi/IBNS, May 13 -- Congress veteran Sonia Gandhi has been admitted to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram, media reports said.

Doctors are reportedly examining possible infections in the stomach and urinary tract.

The former Congress president's son and Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi has reportedly arrived at the hospital.

The 79-year-old had also undergone treatment for a systemic infection at the time.
