Coffee lovers, rejoice! Study links daily coffee drinking to lower risk of liver cancer and cirrhosis
India, July 11 -- In one of the most comprehensive studies of coffee and liver health to date, Cedars-Sinai Health Sciences University investigators linked higher coffee consumption with lower risk of cirrhosis, liver cancer and liver-related death.
The findings, published in Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, also provide new biological evidence that may help explain those associations.
