Jaipur/IBNS, Aug. 21 -- Members of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), who are touring and inspecting government schools across the country, were chased away by a group of men in Jaipur on Friday, media reports said.

En route to a school, the group was reportedly obstructed by several people who clashed with them and eventually forced their car to leave the area.

In some unverified videos, people in the crowd were also seen throwing stones, with one stone shattering the rear glass of a car.

Although the people who obstructed the group's entry claimed to be locals, CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka rejected the claim and alleged that "outsiders" were brought in by the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to disrupt the visit.
