India, July 21 -- Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Tuesday confirmed that the party's march towards Parliament will continue for a second consecutive day, keeping tensions high in the national capital.

CJP workers reassembled at Jantar Mantar on Tuesday morning and erected fresh tents after earlier makeshift shelters were reportedly dismantled.

Party functionaries told India Today Digital that the protest would continue until Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigns.

"The protest will continue until Dharmendra Pradhan resigns. A meeting on the next march is still underway. The party will soon issue an official statement outlining the next course of action," a CJP functionary said.
