India, Aug. 15 -- State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced a series of customer-centric initiatives and special offers aimed at enhancing user experience, expanding digital services and making advanced connectivity and entertainment more accessible across the country.

BSNL said it has significantly strengthened its mobile network and ordered more than 26,300 additional 4G BTS (Base Transceiver Station) sites for deployment across the country.

The expansion is expected to extend BSNL's 4G footprint to more towns, villages and remote areas.
