India, Sept. 12 -- The BRICS New Delhi Declaration has strongly condemned terrorism and specifically denounced the April 22, 2025, Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir, in which 26 people were killed and several others injured.

In the declaration, BRICS leaders said they "express strong condemnation of any acts of terrorism as criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motivation, whenever, wherever and by whomsoever committed."
