India, Aug. 17 -- Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Fortune Global 500 company and a Maharatna PSU, marked a significant milestone in its commitment to national service and technological innovation with the flag-off of the first Extreme Weather Grade (XWG) Diesel Rake from its Bina Refinery on 17 August 2026.

The XWG diesel rake was ceremonially flagged off by Lt Gen Mukesh Chadha, AVSM, SM, VSM, DGST, IHQ of MoD (Army) in the august presence of Subhankar Sen, Director (Marketing), BPCL, along with senior officials of Indian Army, Indian Railways and BPCL.
