Kolkata/IBNS, Aug. 22 -- The Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region) on Wednesday announced this year's Regional Apprenticeship Day, a annual flagship event, keeping the evolving time in mind, where young graduates and diploma holders tend to transit from classrooms to workplaces and can often determine how effectively education translates into opportunity.
