Hyderabad/IBNS, Feb. 24 -- Acting legend Amitabh Bachchan has begun shooting for the sequel to Kalki 2898 AD in Hyderabad, the veteran actor revealed in his personal blog.

Bachchan shared glimpses from the shoot alongside Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan, confirming that the much-anticipated sequel has officially gone on floors.

In his blog, the 83-year-old actor also mentioned that fans gathered outside his Mumbai residence on Sunday as part of their weekly tradition, despite him informing them in advance that he would be shooting in Hyderabad.
