Kolkata/IBNS, March 28 -- The upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections, where the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is aiming to end the 15-year rule of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), are a fight for "liberation from fear", Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Saturday.
Shah made the remarks while unveiling what he described as a "chargesheet" against the TMC government, listing a series of allegations against the ruling party.
Targeting the state government on national security, Shah alleged that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had denied land to the Centre for border fencing despite formal requests.
