Kolkata/IBNS, April 29 -- A high-turnout second and final phase of the West Bengal Assembly elections was marked by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's sharp allegations against the Election Commission of India and a tense face-off between Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Suvendu Adhikari and Trinamool Congress workers in Bhabanipur.
