India, Sept. 13 -- Private sector lender Axis Bank, in collaboration with Hitachi Payment Services, an end-to-end payments and commerce solutions provider, has unveiled two AI-powered innovations - Express Banking: Digital Banking Point 2.0 and AI Soundbox.

The new solutions extend artificial intelligence across key customer and merchant touchpoints. While Express Banking: Digital Banking Point 2.0 enables customers to access banking services and receive assistance through natural-language interactions, the AI Soundbox allows merchants to ask payment-related questions through voice and receive real-time responses.
