New Delhi/IBNS, July 21 -- Amid the nationwide protests over the NEET-UG paper leak, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday defended his government's response, highlighting the swift action taken against those responsible and stressing the need for a collective effort to build a "foolproof" examination system.

The Prime Minister's remarks were shared by Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju after the NDA Parliamentary Party meeting, Mangal Milan, held ahead of the ongoing Monsoon Session of Parliament.
