India, May 8 -- Cybersecurity firm Cloudflare has announced plans to lay off more than 1,100 employees globally - nearly 20 per cent of its workforce - as the cybersecurity firm restructures operations amid the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence tools across the company.
In a message to employees, Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince and co-founder Michelle Zatlyn said: "We are writing to let you know directly that we've made the decision to reduce Cloudflare's workforce by more than 1,100 employees globally."
