India, Sept. 4 -- Three climbers were rescued in the US after becoming stranded on a mountain in California following a trip they had planned with the help of Artificial Intelligence.

According to a Facebook post by the Siskiyou County Sheriff's Office, the three men from Roseville, California, set up camp at an elevation of approximately 8,400 feet on Saturday, August 29. They then left with daypacks at around 3 am on Sunday, August 30, to attempt the summit of Mount Shasta.

The group reached the summit at around 7 pm-well beyond the recommended noon turnaround time-and began their descent in darkness.
