India, March 23 -- Leonid Radvinsky, the reclusive owner of OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 following a prolonged battle with cancer, the company confirmed on Monday.

"We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. He passed away peacefully after a long illness," an OnlyFans spokesperson said in a statement cited by Reuters, adding that his family has requested privacy.

A Ukrainian-born American entrepreneur, Radvinsky acquired Fenix International Limited in 2018, becoming the majority shareholder and a key figure behind the platform's rapid global growth.

The subscription-based platform became a dominant force in the adult content industry under Radvinsky's ownership.
