Kolkata/IBNS, April 9 -- Four matches into IPL 2026, New Zealand batter Finn Allen is still searching for an innings anywhere near his explosive century in the recently concluded T20 World Cup.

Allen's dull start to IPL 2026

Though it's early in the tournament, Allen's start has been underwhelming.

The 26-year-old right-hander has scored only 80 runs in three matches, averaging 20.

His highest score so far is 37 against Mumbai Indians in the opening match of this edition.
