Mumbai/IBNS, May 15 -- Bollywood actor Mouni Roy has announced her separation from her businessman husband Suraj Nambiar, ending days of speculation surrounding their marital life.

Mouni and Suraj, while seeking privacy during this period, said they would continue to cherish their friendship.

Speculation about trouble in their marriage began after the couple unfollowed each other on social media.

Interestingly, Mouni's close friend and actor Disha Patani had also reportedly unfollowed Suraj, further fuelling rumours about the couple's relationship.
