New Delhi/IBNS, Oct. 22 -- The Delhi Police has denied permission for singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh's concert scheduled to be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on October 30, media reports said.

The permission was denied citing security concerns.

In a letter to ticketing platform BookMyShow, the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (South District) said the application to organise the Diljit Dosanjh's Aura India Tour Delhi concert had been examined.

The application was dated October 14, 2026, and sought permission to hold the concert at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on October 30.

Diljit had planned to bring his Aura World Tour to India, with seven shows announced as part of the tour.
