India, Sept. 6 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Sunday targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his address at Delhi University's Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), accusing him of turning the event into a "political campaign" instead of engaging with the youth on issues concerning their future.

"@narendramodi Yesterday, you visited SRCC at Delhi University. It was an opportunity for dialogue on the country's youth, education and their future. But alas, instead of facing the youth's questions, the speech turned into yet another political campaign," Kharge wrote on X.

"Modi ji's modus operandi - in a democracy, suppress questions by giving the Opposition a new adjective every year so that their own failures remain hidden!"...
