'Just the beginning': CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke reflects on 37-day protest
India, July 26 -- For Abhijeet Dipke, the face of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), the end of a 37-day protest has brought something he had almost forgotten - a sense of normalcy.
With Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigning amid the NEET paper leak controversy and the government accepting several of the protesters' other demands, the CJP has called off its agitation.
"I could go to sleep and wake up in my bedroom without thinking about what to do next or what will happen till evening," the 30-year-old said in a video message posted on X.
"There is no panic," he added, describing the 37 days of protest as "really, really difficult."
