India, July 15 -- Eternal's food delivery arm Zomato is piloting an AI-powered voice bot that allows users to order food using voice commands.

Inc42 was able to verify the presence of such a voice bot for Zomato in certain pockets of Bengaluru. The service is also only available for a select number of users.

The feature lets customers discuss what they might be interested in eating, and then offers personalised recommendations.
