India, April 27 -- Ecommerce-focused SaaS company Unicommerce reported a 3% rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs.3.4 Cr in Q4 FY26 from Rs.3.3 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, net profit more than halved from Rs.7.4 Cr. 

The company's operating revenue grew 14.2% to Rs.51.6 Cr during the quarter under review from Rs.45.3 Cr in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, operating revenue declined 8.3% from Rs.56.3 Cr. 

Including other income of Rs.1.2 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at Rs.52.8 Cr. 

Meanwhile, total expenses stood at Rs.46.9 Cr, up 13% from Rs.41.5 Cr in Q4 FY25. 

For the full year FY26, Unicommerce's profit grew 16.5% to Rs.20.5 Cr from Rs.17.6 Cr in FY25. Operating reve...
