India, Feb. 14 -- Ecommerce SaaS company Unicommerce reported a 19.4% increase in net profit to Rs.7.4 Cr in Q3 FY26 from Rs.6.2 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a QoQ basis, profit rose 27.6% from Rs.5.8 Cr.

Operating revenue zoomed 72.2% YoY to Rs.56.4 Cr in the quarter ended December 31, 2025 from Rs.32.7 Cr in the year-ago period. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 9.8% from Rs.51.4 Cr.

Including other income of Rs.1.2 Cr, total income stood at Rs.57.6 Cr during the quarter as against Rs.34.2 Cr in Q3 FY25.

Total expenses surged 85.7% to Rs.47.7 Cr from Rs.25.7 Cr in Q3 FY25. On a QoQ basis, expenses rose 7.3% from Rs.44.4 Cr.
