India, Sept. 3 -- With an eye on expanding its health intelligence platform, smart ring maker Ultrahuman has raised $70 Mn (nearly Rs.662 Cr) in a fresh funding round, which saw participation from Qualcomm Ventures, Alpha Wave, Blume, Nexus and Alteria and others.

The startup plans to use the fresh proceeds to scale research and development (R&D) in sensing, AI, miniaturised electronics and health algorithms. A chunk of the capital will also be utilised to expand its blood testing product 'Blood Vision' and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) platform Ultrahuman 'M1' globally.
