TAC Infosec H2: Profit Rises 30% YoY To Rs.10.8 Cr, Revenue Zooms 54%
India, May 15 -- NSE Emerge-listed cybersecurity firm TAC Infosec reported a 30% increase in its net profit for the second half of FY26 (H2 FY26) to Rs.10.8 Cr from Rs.8.3 Cr in the year-ago period. However, profit declined 31% from Rs.15.6 Cr reported in the first half of the year.
Operating revenue registered a 54% YoY jump to Rs.27.8 Cr. On a sequential basis, it declined 6% from Rs.29.5 Cr.
The company incurred an exceptional loss of Rs.94 Lakh under the other income head, bringing its total income for H2 FY26 down to Rs.26.8 Cr.
Meanwhile, expenses surged 67% YoY to Rs.16.7 Cr. The company earned Rs.69 Lakh in deferred tax during the half.
