India, Aug. 12 -- Table Space's Rs.800 Cr IPO

Table Space is back in the market with its IPO ambitions. The managed workspace provider has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO, which will comprise both fresh issue and an OFS component. But what does Table Space's public market play look like?

The IPO Book: The startup's public issue comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs.800 Cr and an OFS of 6.55 Cr shares. The biggest backer, Hillhouse Investments, will sell 4.9 Cr shares, while founder Karan Chopra and co-CEO Kunal Mehra will chip in smaller lots of around 13.1 Lakh and 1 Cr shares, respectively. The company is also mulling a pre-IPO round of Rs.160 Cr.
