India, Aug. 25 -- Spiritual tech startup Utsav has secured Rs.36 Cr ($3.8 Mn) in a Series A funding round led by Atomic Capital. Existing investors - India Quotient and Equanimity Investments - also doubled down on their erstwhile investment in the Kolkata-based startup.

The startup, which offers a community-led marketplace for faith and divinity, plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, its tech stack, and fuel growth initiatives as it builds a digital layer connecting devotees, temples and rituals across India.
