India, Aug. 6 -- Robotics startup Solinas Integrity raised $5.5 Mn (Rs.52.4 Cr) in its Series A1 funding round co-led by Mela Ventures and Hero Enterprise Family Office. The round also saw participation from Luthra Group, SVL-SME Fund managed by SBI Ventures Limited, Rainmatter Capital, and 8X Ventures Fund I.

The startup plans on using the fresh capital to expand its manufacturing capacity, build new products, strengthen its software infrastructure, and meet working capital needs.

Incubated at IIT Madras, Solinas was founded in 2018 by Divanshu Kumar, Moinak Banerjee, Krishnan Balasubramanian, Prabhu Rajagopal and Bhavesh Narayani.
