India, Sept. 9 -- Former Meta India head and Hotstar CEO Ajit Mohan is stepping down as the CBO of Snapchat parent Snap after a four-year stint.

Snap said in a regulatory filing that Mohan's departure is expected to take effect on December 31, 2026.

Announcing the decision in a LinkedIn post, Mohan said he was leaving for personal reasons and plans to spend more time with his family in Singapore. For the past two years, he had been commuting between New York, Los Angeles and Singapore, along with occasional visits to London, Dubai and Bengaluru.
