India, July 22 -- Coworking space provider Smartworks posted a consolidated net profit of Rs.13.1 Cr in the first quarter of FY27 as against a loss of Rs.4.2 Cr in the same quarter last year. However, profit declined 21% from Rs.16.6 Cr in Q4 FY26.

Operating revenue for the quarter under review jumped 44% to Rs.546.2 Cr from Rs.379.2 Cr in the year-ago quarter. Sequentially, it increased 5.1% from Rs.519.7 Cr.

Including other income of Rs.13.4 Cr, total income stood at Rs.559.7 Cr in Q1 FY27.

Meanwhile, total expenses jumped 37.7% to Rs.542.1 Cr from Rs.393.6 in Q1 FY26.
