India, Oct. 15 -- Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI has raised $5 Mn (about Rs.47.4 Cr) in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures.

The Shillong-headquartered startup said it will use its first institutional funding round to accelerate product development, expand its team across India and the US, scale go-to-market efforts, and expand its presence in the Middle East.

Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Anuraag Nallapati, and Michael Gallagher, Shamrock AI is building an agentic assurance platform that helps large enterprises deploy AI agents across critical business processes, ensuring they operate reliably in complex environments.
