India, Feb. 25 -- Beauty ecommerce unicorn Purplle managed to narrow its FY25 net loss by 44% to Rs.69.4 Cr from Rs.124.1 Cr in the previous year.
The improvement in the bottomline performance comes on the back of a strong uptick in its operating revenue during the fiscal under review. In FY25, Purplle's topline rose 101.2% to Rs.1,367.3 Cr from Rs.679.6 in FY24.
The improvement came on the back of a sharp uptick in sales of products. Constituting 80% of the overall income, sale of products zoomed 4X YoY to Rs.1,128.9 Cr in the year under review. Aside from this, Purplle also registered a revenue of Rs.173 Cr in FY25 from ads on its platform.
