Pixxel Bags $100 Mn To Ramp Up Satellite Manufacturing, Imaging
India, Sept. 7 -- Google-backed spacetech startup Pixxel has raised $100 Mn (about Rs.945 Cr) in its Series C funding round co-led by Singapore's sovereign wealth fund Temasek and UK-based spacetech investor Seraphim.
New investors 360 ONE Asset and IMM Investment also participated in the round, along with existing backers Radical Ventures, growX ventures, and others.
The latest investment takes Pixxel's total funding to $195 Mn. The startup said that the Series C was the single-largest funding round raised by a spacetech company in India. However, it did not disclose the valuation at which the funding was raised.
