India, Nov. 4 -- Edtech major PhysicsWallah (PW) posted a consolidated net profit of Rs.143.6 Cr in the September quarter (Q2 FY27), over double from Rs.69.7 Cr profit registered in the year-ago quarter. It posted a loss of Rs.88.3 Cr in the preceding quarter.

Operating revenue rose 18.2% to Rs.1,242.3 Cr from Rs.1,051.3 Cr in the year-ago period. On a sequential basis, the company's top line increased 15% to Rs.918.8 Cr.

The company reported other income of Rs.92.4 Cr in the quarter, taking its total income for the period to Rs.1,334.6 Cr.

Total expenses stood at Rs.1,105.4 Cr in Q2 FY27, up 10.6% from Rs.999.6 Cr in the previous year.
