India, Oct. 10 -- Early backer Peak XV Partners has sold 12.2 Lakh shares of coworking space provider Awfis in a bulk deal worth Rs.29.8 Cr.

According to NSE data, the VC giant, via its affiliate entity Peak XV Partners Investment V, offloaded the shares at Rs.245 apiece to rake in the amount. The investor sold the shares at a discount of 0.9% to the stock's last closing price on Friday.

With this, Peak XV has diluted more than half of its shareholding in the coworking space provider. At the end of June 2026, the VC major held a 3.24% stake, or 23.2 Lakh shares, in Awfis.

As the shares flooded the market, Kritagyata Trust lapped up 11.5 Lakh shares at Rs.244.97 apiece for a cumulative sum of Rs.28.2 Cr. There was no clarity on who pick...
