India, Aug. 27 -- IPO-bound PRISM's net profit for the fiscal year FY26 skyrocketed close to the Rs.1,000 Cr mark, growing by 306% YoY to Rs.994.2 Cr from Rs.244.8 Cr in the year-ago period.

Important to highlight that the OYO parent retained its profitability in FY25 on the back of a tax credit of Rs.734.1 Cr in the previous year. The company registered a tax gain of Rs.595.3 Cr in FY26.

Operating revenue for the fiscal year jumped about 50% to Rs.9,358 Cr from Rs.6,252.8 Cr in the previous fiscal.

Including other income of Rs.339.9 Cr, the company's total income of Rs.9,697.9 Cr. Meanwhile, its total expenses surged 40% YoY to Rs.9,334.5 Cr.
