Masters' Union Secures University Status From Haryana Govt
India, Sept. 1 -- The state government of Haryana has granted full university status to Gurugram-based Masters' Union (MU), paving the way for the company to operate as Master's Union University.
The Haryana Legislative Assembly passed the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Bill, 2026, allowing the six-year old higher education institution to operate as a private university.
"Over the next few years, we will be developing departments across Law, Medicine, Agri, Biotech; launch PhD programmes and diplomas, and create entirely new pathways for higher education," founder Pratham Mittal said in a social media post.
