India, April 23 -- Indian infrastructure giant L&T (Larsen & Toubro) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Vyoma.AI ltd in India formed to launch data centres and AI infrastructure, through which it can provide infrastructure and technology-enabled services.

Vyoma.AI was launched on April 22 with an authorised capital of Rs.5 Lakh. L&T, along with its nominee shareholders, have subscribed to 100% equity shares of the new subsidiary.

"VAL is formed for the purpose of establishing data centres and AI Infra for providing Infrastructure and Technology enabled Services," L&T said in an exchanges filing today.
