India, Aug. 24 -- Bengaluru-based healthtech startup Healthify (formerly HealthifyMe) has merged with US-based nutrition care company Berry Street to build an "advanced insurance-covered AI metabolic health platform" for the US market.

The amalgamated entity will be jointly led by Healthify founder and CEO Tushar Vashisht and Berry Street founder and CEO Noah Kotlove as co-CEOs. Financial details of the merger remain undisclosed.

The entity will operate under the Healthify label in India and other markets and under the Berry Street brand in the US market.

With the merger, Healthify's AI platform, Ria, will be combined with Berry Street's metabolic health platform to deliver expert metabolic care to patients.
