India, June 30 -- AI-powered SaaS platform Kapture CX has raised $10 Mn (Rs.94.5 Cr) as part of its Pre-Series B round led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures. The round also saw participation from existing investors Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives.

Kapture CX said that the fresh capital will be utilised to enter new international markets, boost research and development (R&D) capabilities and scale product development.

Founded in 2014 by Vikas Garg and Sheshgiri Kamath, Kapture CX offers AI-enabled customer relationship management (CRM) software for enterprises. It also offers AI copilots that enable companies to resolve consumer queries, assist support teams and derive analytics from user interactions.
