India, Nov. 2 -- Dronetech major ideaForge posted a net profit of Rs.6.5 Cr in the September quarter (Q2) of FY27. The company reported a profit in the fiscal year FY26 before dipping back into the red in Q1, reporting a loss of Rs.2.6 Cr. It had reported a loss of Rs.19.6 Cr in the year-ago quarter.

ideaForge's operating revenue grew 124% YoY to Rs.91.3 Cr in Q2 FY27 from Rs.40.8 Cr in the year-ago period. Sequentially, it rose by about 33% from Rs.68.6 Cr in the preceding quarter.

Including other income of Rs.6.3 Cr, the company's total income for the period stood at Rs.97.6 Cr.

Meanwhile, total expenses surged 41.9% YoY to Rs.90.1 Cr. Cost of materials consumed constituted more than half of the total spending, which stood at Rs.48.1...
