India, Sept. 1 -- A month after SaaS major Icertis CEO Anand Subbaraman transitioned from his role to an advisory position, reports have now surfaced that allege Subbaraman faced whistleblower complaints shortly before the transition occurred.

As per a report by ET, Subbaraman had been accused of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, and favouritism towards a junior employee by a whistleblower. He was under investigation by the board of directors after they received a complaint in May.
