India, Jan. 30 -- SaaS unicorn Icertis' cofounder Samir Bodas has passed away at the age of 61 after a prolonged battle with cancer.

"It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Samir Bodas, our cofounder, long-time Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Chairman, following a courageous battle with cancer.
