India, June 26 -- Shortly after the Vietnamese EV major VinFast entered the Indian EV ride-hailing space, conglomerates Hyundai Motor and TVS Motor entered the fray with a joint venture.

The duo are piloting an electric ride-hailing platform, Blue Move, in the Delhi-NCR region.

The pilot features electric three-wheelers, which are jointly developed by Hyundai and TVS, with select consumers and Hyundai Motor India employees within an 8 to 10 km radius of Hyundai India's headquarters, which is in Gurugram.

Sources close to the company told Inc42 that the initiative is currently at a "very pilot stage" and remains part of the mobility partnership announced by Hyundai Motor Company and TVS earlier this year.
