India, March 7 -- While February saw an escalating push in the funding activity, the first week of March saw muted responses from the investors. Between March 2 to 6, the Indian startup ecosystem raised a mere $97.6 Mn, down 56% from $219.8 Mn raised in the previous week. 

This amount was raised across 11 deals, a third of the funding deals reported in the last week of February.
