India, Oct. 29 -- Nasdaq-listed SaaS major Freshworks has acquired Israel-based AI startup Robusta Dev for an undisclosed amount to strengthen its IT service management platform Freshservice.

The acquisition will add AI-powered capabilities to investigate technology outages, identify their underlying causes, and recommend corrective actions. Freshworks plans to integrate these capabilities into Freshservice and deepen their interoperability with incident response platforms such as FireHydrant.
